About Nadia Peters
Hi, I’m Nadia! I am a nutrition intern with a Master’s in Nutrition working towards obtaining my Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (BCNS®) certification. Clients in the past have reached their fitness goals and discovered their ability to produce and follow a meal plan with my help.
I’m the founder of No Mud Nutrition, your virtual nutrition clinic. This practice helps those struggling with mental health to improve their lives by digging deeper into what’s driving their specific symptoms and implementing meaningful changes. By applying a whole-person integrative approach, we’ll consider your personal nutritional needs to help you feel lifted and confident!
Several years ago, I began to suffer through a deep dark stage of depression, brain fog, lethargy and worthlessness. This led me to find another path and ultimately to happiness! I taught myself how to overcome my own depression by adjusting my lifestyle and diet. This path evolved into enrolling in grad school at George Mason University, obtaining an internship with Northern Virginia Family Services, studying under The Clinician’s Incubator and learning how to search, find and evaluate necessary changes in others’ nutrition and lifestyle habits. Today, I’m passing my knowledge along to you and others who have their own difficult stages to work through — I’m ready to tackle it all with you.
