No Mud Nutrition.

The name of the practice was inspired by Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh and his book “No Mud, No Lotus.

The primary concept behind his book is that a lotus does not grow without mud. Essentially, there will always be “mud” in our lives and the way we perceive it is crucial. Without the mud, the lotus would not be. Without sorrow, we would not have joy. Without pain, we would not have health. Without darkness, we would not have light.

Dualities must exist and it’s important to recognize that. In order for some things to exist, others must also exist. The key is recognizing that this isn’t a bad thing!

Like the lotus, we’re growing through our own “mud.” We can’t avoid it, but we can use it to grow. I’m here to help you blossom.
